FLORIDALOHA COTTAGES

Our Floridaloha vacation cottages are nestled along a one acre block in the East Nokomis Historic District., where you'll find a number of antiques shops and restaurants. Our houses were recently selected for a book of the area's architecturally significant properties published by the Sarasota Convention and Visitor's Bureau. One of our Floridaloha houses was also featured on HGTV several years ago. Each house hails from a different 20th Century decade, and each has its own 'Old Florida' style and decor. Our mission is to provide visitors who want this kind of special "Old Florida" experience with what they need to relax and enjoy 'our area in all its natural beauty.
We call our mini-resort "Floridaloha" because we don't think Hawaii should have all the fun. Come and enjoy one of our cottages and see for yourself.

The decor is very 'Tommy Bahama' with a dash of 1950s kitsch. The living area is upstairs on the second floor.
Casa Coquina's large back yard is walled and bamboo-fenced for privacy, and includes a covered Tiki Hut built by the Seminole Indian tribe, with deck and patio furniture and flickering tiki lights to brighten balmy evenings.
